VUE app PWA

I am trying to make an existing VUE application into PWA. I installed @vue/cli-plugin-pwa When I try and deploy the app there is this update toast that is popping up https://raw.githubusercontent.com/pwa-builder/pwa-update/master/assets/update.png it is from @pwabuilder/pwaupdate but I never installed it. How do I get rid of this and make my own? Why it pops up even if there is no updates on the code?
