How would you deploy personal project with monetary system without worrying?

Right now where I work I only do the development part There is an entire team in charge for deploying and securing the servers.

What would be the best way to deploy a personal project that has a payment system (Credit Cards, PayPal..), and also make it secured while minimizing the time it takes away from the development time - Should I try to deploy it myself as we do now with AWS? And just learn it as I do? Or something else?
