Conflict between Element-Plus and InertiaJS

Hello,

I'm trying to use Element-Plus CSS framework with InertiaJS.

When I use el-submenu to display a submenu, the view blinks infinitely and the submenu is displayed alternatively horizontally and vertically deployed.

Have you encountered the same issue ?

Have you found a solution ?
