I would try to do TodoMVC challenge first. There is a lesson or series here on Laracasts for that same challenge using AlpineJS. If you can do it in Vue and Alpine that would give you so much leverage in those interviews.

JavaScript programming interview questions?
hey all! i'm applying for a lot of 'full stack' roles, but full stack seems to mean front end but can edit services at a lot of companies. i'm not really prepared for js based coding interviews; does anyone know of repos/example questions that are good to practice with? i'm not a particularly strong front end developer, but i want to work on it.

When it comes to JavaScript Wes Bos is one of the best resources for it.
Some of them are free and some are paid.
There is also a Tech interview course by Emma Bostian at linkdin that is quite good. She also has written a book about Decoding the technical interview.
