How to resolve the issue — “Messages from x.x.x.x temporarily deferred due to user complaints”?

I am trying to email a client’s customers but, unable to, due to the mentioned issue. I am using Mailgun. The mail included a generated report.

If a client has a Gmail account, it works but with Yahoo and Outlook, it doesn’t.

How to resolve it? Any solutions?

I guess mailgun is temporarily blacklisted from Yahoo, so you dont have much options here. Wait or get rid of mailgun.
