Yeah, they need to point their DNS records to the correct server. The IP-address of the server should be enough for that.

What can I send my domain owner, if they don't want me to have access to the config of the domain. They want to handle that stuff themselves.
I have the server through DigitalOcean.
They want something else then: ns1.digitalocean.com etc
Do they only need the ip adress of the server?
