What service do you use for your application and website hosting?

Hey all I'm currently trying to deploy a laravel application and Im using a shared hosting account on HostGator. I'm not completely happy with HostGator (read: It's been a nightmare) and was wondering what hosting services you guys use?

I'm using one.com and are quite happy with their prices and uptime. However they don't allow me to change the document root so I have to rely on .htaccess to get it to point to the public folder and they don't allow phar so I can't use composer.

Depends on your budget. Forge is like 9 dollars a month, DigitalOcean around 5. So $15 for me. Is cheap :)

I use AWS EC2 instance to host my web app. Flexible pricing based on need. Can be as cheap as free for the first year.
