BUG: Laracast discussion timezone/time display is wrong

Sorry if this has been reported before, but I'm finding it very hard to find things at present.

Whist trying to find a way to see what I haven't seen (isn't possibly apparently), I created a discussion post and it immediately said it was 5 hours old. (I'm currently in Belgium).

I assume you know this, but as I can't find a bug report (assuming bug reports are in the feedback channel of the discussion area and not in an issue tracking system somewhere), I thought it was better to say something rather than risk it not being said.
