@JarekTkaczyk you could share some in-depth database knowledge, and not just Eloquent. People reading your book about Eloquent would work with databases obviously, so why not share some insights and advices on indexing and how it affects performance, what to do when queries become too slow (ie too many rows), and so on... That would be an awesome all-in-one database guide.
Here are some things i will be looking forward to:
Best eloquent way for 3-way pivot table
Basic database structure depending on eloquent queries.
Complete guide on crud for hierarchical data
And maybe let people code along with building an application inside your book and extend it with each chapter.
So you start really basic and at the end of the book you have covered every aspect of eloquent.
This way you actually force people to really code, and i think thats the best way to learn it.
