You can't click on it and choose "clear notifications"? What browser are you using? With Firefox, I'm unable to click on it to get the menu, but it works in Chrome.

Hello,
for two or three months I always get the notification icon on my avatar. No matter what I do, the icon never leave.

I'm using firefox too. Just tried with chrome and it work. I was able to clear them.
