Same here, if I change the format to remove the "relative" flag, the date is correct. How do we alter what "relative" is doing to the date?

Notification times don't adjust for timezones
When I get a mention notification, the time is always at least "5 hours ago" even if the notification is only a few minutes old, which probably points to a timezone issue.
For reference, I'm in the GMT timezone but there's no option that I can see in my account settings to set that.
