Have you contacted Forge support? There should be a blue circle icon in the lower right hand corner of the forge site when you're logged in.

Circle Invites
I was invited to a Circle by one of my clients but I'm not seeing anything in the account for me to manage. Every page I'm on including "My Circles" says I need to upgrade to paid account. Not sure what I'm supposed to do.

That tells me that the person who shared the account does not have a business subscription.

one thing - when someone invites you, you dont automatically get access to all their servers - they also need to do it (which is annoying) to each server they want to give you access to
