Pagination page 1

With the pagination we have for a same page 2 urls :

http://mysite/
http://mysite/?page=1

Isn't there something wrong for referencement ?

I think @bestmomo is referring to duplicate content and SEO.

In the words of Matt Cutts:

EDIT: You can always use a "canonical URL" though:

Ok, I dont stress about it, I just wonder ;)

And it would be easy to make the pagination generate the same url.
