The same goes for your profile. After deleting / updating a reply, the reply you see in your profile is still the original reply.

Thread - lastupdate bug when deleting a reply
Hello Jeffrey when I delete my replay from a question the the discuss list still shows that the last update is from me while my reply been deleted
