Post reply notification

Hi @JeffreyWay,

can we have a notification when someone answer to a post who we already answered? Maybe you can put a checkbox like for email to subscribe only for notification and subscribe automatically when we answer to the post.

Another think, is it possible to have the pagination on the top of the post too?
