Host Laravel project on Apache Server without XAMPP on Windows10

Hello Experts,

I have just learned Laravel and created one small project. I am now trying to host it locally and test the application from another system in LAN. I have installed Apache Server on my Windows 10 , trying to deploy the Laravel Project. I can see my project in the Apache Administrator but when i launch the website the CSS, JS and blade syntax is not recognizable by server. And this leads to only html content loading in my client machine.

Please suggest the correct way to host if I am missing out any step.
