Help turning this into a Vue component

I would like some help turning this into a Vue component. I'm still getting my head around components and how to compile them so that they can be used in my app.

The above image shows 15 Bootstrap 4 toggle buttons that are checkboxes. I would like the class and the text contained within to change when the checkbox changes state.

They are all OK by default, meaning they are checked (green) and the user should un-check it if there is a problem.
