CRM Solution

I want a CRM that ingests and manages conversations and events from Facebook, WhatsApp, Viber, TikTok, email, and phone calls. It should provide a unified inbox, allow agents to reply (including voice calls), and update in real time. The frontend should be built with Vue.js and the backend with Laravel. Is real-time two-way communication possible with that stack?
