Begginer to vue problems

Hi All, I have just freshly installed a Vue project from jeff's new vue3 series ep 16. my local 3000 port won't work however I use homestead usually so I have added the add to my host's file and homestead.YAML.

 - map: vueproject.test
      to: /home/vagrant/Code/my-first-vue-project/

When I hit this in the browser I just get a blank page is this something to do with the live rendering? could anyone help thanks!
