Run Deployment Hooks Failed
AWS CodeBuild says following:

==> Ensuring Cache Table Is Configured
==> Updating Function Code
==> Updating Function Configurations
==> Updating Function Version
==> Running Deployment Hooks
An error occurred during deployment.
Message: App\Jobs\RunDeploymentHooks has been attempted too many times or run too long. The job may have previously timed out.
A deployment hook failed. You may review its logs using the hook:log command.
==> Downloading Environment File...
What's happened?
I confirmed Deployment Details on Vapor Console and Run Deployment Hooks phase logged just only one line as "Nothing to migrate."
Please help.

Are there any solutions for this issue? I get the same error again and again.
Also when I start the commands from the Vapor dashboard.
