Does deleting a Vapor project not delete all of its resources?

I used the Vapor UI to delete a project, earlier today. However, after it was deleted, the cache and network resources were still available and active (confirmed in the Vapor UI and the AWS Dashboard). Is this expected functionality? I didn't see anything in the documentation saying that these resources need to be deleted separately. Fwiw, I used the Vapor CLI to delete them successfully.
