Are all AWS services required by Vapor available in af-south-1?
Yesterday AWS finally opened Capetown region (https://aws.amazon.com/local/africa/cape-town/). I'm trying to ascertain which AWS services are required and if they are all available in af-south-1.

Update on this: AWS af-south-1 is now supported.
