Where do you get templates for content rich websites?

I'm googling hard, but every site is offering just Landing page templates, Portfolio templates.....all these templates are basically a photo on background, some random title and an action button - and that is the entire template. 99,9% of them are like that. Useless.

You can't build on that for example website of travel agency, hotel booking website, groupon site, audio book shop, event tickets seller...etc. Where do you get templates for sites like that? I can't find anything.
