What do you use for making your templates

What IDE/tool do you use when you're creating your html templates? I'm looking for a live editor of some sort. Bonus if it supports tailwindcss/blade

If you are looking for free software I suggest VS Code. If you are willing to pay it I recommend Phpstorm.
