Send E-Mails with API in Europe (General Data Protection Regulation)

Hello everyone! I want to send emails via a service like Mailgun. Unfortunately we have new laws in Europe and the providers have to take privacy very seriously.

Which providers can you recommend?

Mailgun provides both US and EU as regions nowadays and are "fully GDPR compliant" (according to themselves). Also, GDPR does not require the data to be stored in the EU but you need to inform your users about what you store and where.
