What do you mean by normalization? Move columns to another table? Just want to make sure we are talking about the same thing

Laravael DB normalization
Hello, I have a db with big amounts of data. What would be the best way to normalize it without losing anything?

Also look at places to make it efficient, like proper indexes on columns that need an index.
