How to setup PhpStorm Directories correctly

I work on my Laravel project using PhpStorm.

Something happend and now I can see only a few files using Ctrl+Shift+N (Goto File shortcut). For example I can't find any models or controllers.

I've tried to mark app directory as Source or Resource root - it didn't seem to help. https://yadi.sk/i/f0ZDOeSA3Nf89B

The most weird thing is I can find only one migration file although there are 7 of them with this cre letters (look at the screenshot https://yadi.sk/i/Za5vIvzV3Nf8WF)

Could someone send a screenshot of how Directory settings should look like?
