How should be set the logic from request data

Hello guys, I have a question or need something tips to make controller little bit cool or no have many code blocks in there. All this time, I'm using controller for all logic. So for the better way where's should be I using this logic. I already using observers, but that's can't pass the data from request or form request. So I can't manage the logic by spacious and comfortable. So do you all have a suggestion for this?
