Example project for the new "API Platform"

Hello everyone, it's probably too early to ask, but I'm looking for a simple example project for the new "API Platform" for Laravel.

I would like laravel11, breeze and Vue3 without inertia, because I have too many problems with inertia - maybe things will be different with inertia 2.0, but for now I would like to work without it. It would be nice to have CRUD operations based on a simple model, such as products or posts in the dashboard.

Maybe someone knows something recommendable on github? Since I am a poor little boy, I can't do anything with paid screencasts :)

I've tried a few things with inertia in the past, not successful, but now I'd like to get a project running with the "API Platform" first to get a comparison to livewire.

Maybe there are already examples or in the near future, then it would be nice if someone could post info/links about this...
