Cloudflare Caching Specific Settings?

I have just signed up to Cloudflare to manage my first laravel app and was a little worried about how to manage dynamic content on a per user basis. eg. Like showing a different my account page to a another user.

In terms of settings I'm pretty much just going with the default for now, and have noticed that this all still seems to work perfectly. Only thing I've really done so far is set up SSL.

I was expecting to have to specify certain urls to ignore for caching but do I not actually have to do this as it seems to work perfectly when testing in different browsers with different logged in users?

I'm eager to know how others use cloudflare and if it is safe to just leave the settings to the default in terms of user speific data.

Any advice really welcome.
