Add wordpress blog to blog.example.com how?

I am working on forge and digital ocean. I would like to add a wordpress blog to my current web app, how would i go about doing that on forge? The blog i would like placed at either http://blog.example.com or http://www.example.com/blog. Either way is fine as long as i can get it to work. Any help getting set up would be greatly appreciated!

I don't know the answer to your problem, but from a SEO perspective it's normally preferable to have the blog in a sub-folder rather than on a sub-domain. This is because any links the blog gets will pass value to the rest of the site quicker and more fully if they are on the same sub-domain.

Hi, thanks for replying, SEO isn't a concern for me, I just want the blog up and running, whichever way is easier.
