Accessibility guidelines/tips

Hi everybody, does anybody know any good resources for web accessibility. I am not looking for any comprehensive guides just for simple guidelines/tips to follow to make web more accessible for people with disabilities. It looks to me like there is a lot of simple ways like this that does not require a lot of work but can make considerable impact. It would be great to have them all in one place for later reference.
