Which TDD workshop should I pick?

I've refreshed my testing knowledge with few courses already and I wanted to dig in for a full workshop and I'm split between Build a Voting App and Building A Forum.

I know the forum one is archived but I'm not working with Laravel in my daily job so I primarily want to focus on TDD approach and practice. Which will be better for that?

Well, I would go with the most up do date tutorial, in this case, the voting app. 3 year difference from the forum series, so Jeff probably is using the most updated methods and practices you will want to focus on.

@Tippin Thank you, 3 years in development is a lot but I was curious more about the content structure of the course.

Question to people who watched both: which has more focus on TDD? The new one seems focused on the new dev stack and its tools and I'm not interested in this.

Definitely the Forum series. That one focuses on TDD, while the voting app I did does not (I usually test after).

Although it's an older series, Laravel hasn't changed drastically over the years and is still definitely worth watching to see how a TDD workflow works.

@drehimself Thank you very much, so I'll set some time to watch the voting app workshop after I'll finish the forum one :)

It's fantastic to see your commitment to enhancing your skills, even after two years! Choosing the right TDD workshop can indeed be a tough decision, but it's great that you're considering your options carefully. Given your goal of focusing on the TDD approach and practice, the Build a Voting App workshop sounds like a solid choice.
