Where is SettingsController?

In Laravel Spark, by default there is "Settings" all done one laravel's side along with vue.

But if I want to pass in another variable (small adjustments), then I would normally expect to see a SettingsController.

I can't find anything of the sort. Where can I go to make logic changes for settings?
