When to use the custom forms

I noticed in spark its created three custom forms

"Spark.forms = { register: {}, updateContactInformation: {}, updateTeamMember: {} };"

but only those are used by Taylor himself, and rest only create the form inside the components. so it feels a bit inconsistent
