VAT API (mpociot/vat-calculator)

Hi,

Is anyone else getting errors saying their Spark app cannot connect to http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/checkVatService.wsdl?

I went to the URL directly and it gives a 404.

Hi,

Sadly, the official European VAT check service is not 100% stable and appears to be down a few times per month. I just checked it again and the service is (now) working fine.
