Switch to Zurb/Foundation?

It's really not that bad - there ought to be a preset out there for this, to make it trivial.

At first glance, it looks like there is:

Maybe worth a try, but even if you have to wire it yourself, it's not that bad. Use a preset though if it works that's the way to go.

Just did this for plain Laravel + auth & it worked well! I'm just letting go of Spark. Thanks for the tip! That's much cleaner than what I found / tried first.

Right, i missed this part. Have never used spark, but I assume it comes with a lot of boilerplate, this could definitely need a high level of integration to work with a preset.

I would try this with a virgin install of spark first to see what level of compatibility there is.

If it were my project, I would stick to what Taylor provides, bootstrap 4 in this case. Otherwise you may find yourself fixing framework issues when you use built-in functionality. I wouldn't take the risk, but try it out...

The switch to Zurb was really easy on virgin Laravel. But I ended up deciding I wanted the app structure of Spark, so went back to that, and now I'm back to Bootstrap, missing Zurb again. Goodness, I'm so torn. Would love to keep this thread open & hear if others have tried Zurb on Spark.

... My current solution is to use Bootstrap 4 on administrativey looking views, and Zurb on the rest. Probably not a good solution for most though I think will work best for me since the service people are paying for is more like a game. :)
