Random Token Mismatch

I have just randomly gotten a token mismatch on my local and live application.

I did not touch any code and everytime I try to login, I get the error below.

TokenMismatchException in VerifyCsrfToken.php line 67:

Any ideas?

I would really appreciate the help as I am completely stuck on this matter.

When you try to login, is that on local or production? Have you tried logging into the server and looking at the logs?

You do have the CSRF token set up in your forms?

Have you pushed your code from local to production?
