When the subscriber gets charged it creates an invoice for their records. It's basically a receipt. I don't know why you'd want to get rid of that as your customers probably want them, or some will. Some may even need them for taxes and such.
You can't "disable" it, as it's not an option, but you can always edit the view and remove where it's displayed, but I really wouldn't recommend it.
@Cronix where the receipt get stored? Secondly, Yes, you are right as the receipt should be there but why the customer is being given access to put any thing on the textbox as provided by Spark. It should be available for the KIOST user.
I don't think they actually get "stored", just generated when the users card is charged and the invoice is sent via email. It's a pdf attachment.
As for the text, in the kiosk under invoices, it says
This information will appear on all of your receipts, and is a great place to add your full business name, VAT number, or address of record. Do not include any confidential or financial information such as credit card numbers.
It's just a customizable note they can leave to themselves that appears on the invoice.
It's for their own receipt. The person who is subscribing. Each subscriber (optionally) sets their own text. It's not just "any user". It's for themselves, just like all of the other settings on the "user settings" page.
@CronixI have subscribed to a plan via Test Credit card with a valid email but I haven't received any receipt or invoice on my email. How can i make it so the subscribed user can receive the invoice on their emails
