Modify Kiosk Users Area

I don't want to add profile fields , i want to do customization in this https://spark.laravel.com/docs/4.0/kiosk . Unfortunately document dont have have explaination

Read the very last paragraph of what you linked to.

All you said was you wanted to show more of the user fields. The link I linked to shows not only how to add new user fields, but also how to display them which would be the same if you just want to display additional data already in the database, which is what you were wanting to do "display more columns of user".
