Laravel Spark - Allowing Customer Name and Billing Address

I've Stripe India account and it requires users to enter their billing address as well as name on the subscription page of Spark.

I've the latest Spark-Stripe (1.0.5) and I've enabled taxation. I now see a country dropdown; but no way to enter billing address and customer name.

My payments are therefore getting declined (this is in test mode, so nothing to worry yet).

Is it possible to allow customer name and billing address on the payments/subscriptions page? Please guide.
