Is Stripe killing Laravel Spark?

Since the release of Jetstream and Fortify the main advantage of Spark was the integrated billing IMHO.

But, today I've tested the billing from Stripe (as a regular user) in which I can do any basic billing management.

I haven't tried to integrate it in an app but this makes me reconsider the real added value of Spark.

Am I missing something? What's your Spark uses cases https://vlc.onl/ ?

@nasum1 No, Stripe isn't "killing" Laravel Spark. While Stripe provides robust billing features, Laravel Spark offers a comprehensive scaffolding for SaaS applications, integrating not only Stripe billing but also user authentication, team management, and other essential features. The choice between the two depends on the breadth of functionality you need: if you only want billing, Stripe may suffice, but for a broader set of SaaS features, Spark remains valuable.
