GitHub-style Org & User Billing

So I've been looking around Spark after purchasing it and it seems that you can only do one of the two; Team Billing (Which enforces a Team Name on signup) and User Billing.

Is there an in-the-middle of having both? GitHub is an example; Users have their own Billing, and Organisations (Teams) have their own Billing.

Note: You may even define user and team billing plans in the same application.
