Documentation for Spark 10

Does anyone have any details on how the latest version 10 changes affects Spark? My understanding is that it will group subscriptions, however I've just tested it and this didn't work.

The entire documentation for the upgrade for the Spark 10 release is as follows:

The 10.0 release of Spark provides Cashier 11.0 compatibility.

I'd really like to either have tiered subscriptions or the ability to add a new team to a current subscription.

Ideally a person owns a team, and can have as many members in each team as they like. That person can then own another team and add it to the subscription.

Stripe is creating multiple subscriptions instead, which is a mess for some people when it comes to accounting etc.

Does anyone know how I can do this?
