You may just have to run a command that checks if users who have trial ends at column in database != null and today's date later than trail ends at date.

Detecting when the trial period is over
I wanted to be able to send a custom email notification when the user trial finishes. Is there any event that I can listen for? I can't find any under: http://spark.laravel.com/docs/4.0/billing
