Bug Report Spark Next 2022

Looking for the current method to submit Bug Reports for Spark-Paddle and Spark-Stripe.

I do not see anything mentioned in v2.x documentation.

I do not see anything when logged into the subscription portal.

I do not see anything on the spark.laravel.com website.

I do not see any repository in https://github.com/laravel/ related to Spark-Next.
