Billing structure question (per user of customer pricing)

Hi there, first time poster (long time Laravel dev). I just purchased spark as it looks great and easy to set up and get going with.

The SaaS app I want to build, is aimed at businesses (think Intranet)

1. Business customer signs up
2. Business customer adds "users" who are part of their company

I want to charge the business a per user / per month fee, so lets just say it's $1/user/month and the business adds 17 users, it will cost them $17/month.

Hoping someone with spark experience will help me work out if Spark is suitable for this type of application? I've been looking at the TEAMS feature, but not quite sure this is what I need as it's still set to a "per month" cost at the team level.
