axios post calls unauthorized

Hello,

I have upgraded php and all of a sudden all axios post calls don't work, they give an unauthorized response and I'm back to login's page saying that the session is over. I have tried reinstalling Laravel Valet with no success. I have just tried a fresh Laravel Spark instalation with a simple post request via axios and it happens exactly the same.

I'm a bit lost here and I don't know what else I can do (((
