What happened to the 'Whats New' link?
I feel lost. My usual process on laracasts is to check the what's new link in the hamburger menu to see if there are any new videos and then check discussions. But it's gone and I no longer know what to do with my life???

I tried the browse -> recently published way. For the life of me I couldn't find the recently published option anywhere. I'm on mobile.

On mobile, you have to open the Browse page sidebar. Top left.

Ok, I see now. Thanks for that. I assume you removed the link from the top right menu for some good reason, but as a regular user I found it very handy there.
