Videos won't play on mobile: "The media could not be loaded ... "
On both an iPad 2 Chrome and Android Nexus 4 Chrome, Laracasts videos will not play.
I get the error "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported."
This problem has persisted for several weeks. Is there any known solution or ETA on a fix?

I'll add this here incase it's of any relevance:
iPhone 6 Safari works fine for me.
Now in the past, I have had issues with certain videos not loading (same error above), but that's always when using a Computer.

One other detail: The text "This is a modal window" also appears on the top-left of the video player.
